Your call will be answered promptly. You will speak with an individual within the company who's friendly, polite, engaged and interested in you. Queries, orders or complaints will be dealt with the customer as the priority.
Emails will be responded to within 24 hours. You can expect the same level of politeness and courtesy online as you would during a telephone call.
